Announcing Our Next Virtual Workshop

Brought to you by Science Fair Foundation BC, join host, Michael Unger with guests, Cameron Beck, Kids Code Jeunesse (KCJ) Community Developer, for this VIRTUAL Workshop. Special In-Person Opportunity to attend if you live in the city of Whitehorse, Yukon from TechYukon + Skills Canada Yukon who are graciously offering in-person facilitation of instruction/support and computer access for those who require it. (Based on Covid-19 Capacity Restrictions and availability.) Register early!

This workshop explores the possibilities of code through games, animations, and interactive storytelling. Scratch encourages students to solve problems, tell exciting stories, design projects, and communicate ideas, using highly visual block-based code.

Whether you are working on your own or in a group, join us on February 24, 2021, at 4 PM to up your creative game!

Participants will leave the workshop with an understanding of block coding, the options available to develop, and access to their projects and account to continue designing and learning after the session.
