Canada-Wide Science Fair 2024 Concludes in Ottawa with BC and Yukon Victory

The 2024 Canada-Wide Science Fair in Ottawa celebrated the success of Canada's most promising young scientists.

Vancouver, BC (June 17, 2024) - The Science Fair Foundation BC is excited to announce the winners from BC and the Yukon for the 2024 Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF) which just concluded in Ottawa, ON with many local students taking home grand prizes.

Out of the talented pool of participants, 48 students representing 11 regional science fairs were selected as finalists, earning the opportunity to advance to the Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF). Among these talented students, 31 emerged as winners from BC and the Yukon for their remarkable achievements. 

The Canada-Wide Science Fair showcased the achievements of 385 finalists from across the country. With an unyielding curiosity, creativity, and perseverance, they embody the core of scientific inquiry that will shape the future of Canada’s innovation landscape.
